About the Firm

Mr. Mandel formed the firm to continue his practice in business-related litigation and use his professional relationships to expand the range of services he can provide to clients to include areas such as criminal defense, regulatory compliance, and civil rights litigation.  The philosophy of the firm focuses on three principles: capability, commitment and integrity.

Capability

Mr. Mandel applies all of the experience and skill he has developed to each and every matter.  He has exceptional judgment, and brings a meticulous, analytical, and innovative approach to litigation.  Other attorneys consult the firm frequently, seeking advice on difficult legal and strategic issues.  A substantial portion of the firm’s work comes from other lawyers who refer matters or request assistance in the representation of their clients.

Commitment

The firm is deeply committed to its clients.  But commitment means more than tenacity and zealous advocacy.  Commitment also means including the client in the entire litigation process, beginning with investigation of background facts and development of case strategy, through final resolution.

Integrity

Mr. Mandel has worked hard to earn a reputation for candor and professionalism.   The firm’s goals are the same in every matter: provide outstanding representation and develop a long-term relationship with each client.
